In most cases, yes. Our extensive range of covering and lining materials allows us to offer a wide variety of colours and finishes to suit your requirements.
We offer a wide range of case linings to suit every requirement, from standard satin, velveteen and suedette through to premium silk velvet and Alcantara. If you have a specific lining in mind or would prefer to supply your own material, we are happy to accommodate your requirements wherever possible.
Our cases are manufactured using high-quality MDF, plywood, or solid timber, depending on the size. weight, and strength requirements of each project. For products such as plinths, trophy bases, honours boards, and display pieces, we use a carefully selected range of hardwoods, including oak, sapele, and mahogany, chosen for their durability and appearance.
Yes. We offer a range of customisation options to give your case a truly bespoke finish. These include foil printing for royal warrants, crests, logos, initials, and other branding, as well as a coloured printing option. We also provide in-house laser engraving, offering a precise and elegant way to personalise your case. If you’re unsure which option is best for your project, we’ll be happy to advise.
Our typical production lead time is between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your order. However, we understand that urgent requirements can arise, and wherever possible we will do our best to accommodate fast-track production. If you require a quicker turnaround, please CONTACT us to discuss your requirements and we’ll advise on the available options.
We offer a wide selection of exterior coverings, including leatherette (a durable paper-based leather-effect material), genuine leather, Rexine (a fabric-based covering), and an extensive range of traditional bookbinding materials. If you have a particular material or finish in mind, we’re always happy to discuss bespoke options. Where practical and suitable for the application, we’ll do our best to work with your preferred material to create a truly unique case.
Yes. We specialise in the restoration and refurbishment of antique and vintage cases, with service ranging from structural repairs to replacing, or renewing interior linings and inserts. Where a case is beyond practical repair, we can produce a faithful replica that preserves the character and appearance of the original, maintaining its authentic antique look while providing the strength and durability of a newly made case.
In most cases, yes. We offer an extensive range of colours, textures, and finishes to suit your requirements. While we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone colour match, we will always work to achieve the closest possible match, ensuring the finished product reflects your desired look as accurately as possible.
Yes. We regularly manufacture bespoke cases from customer drawings, specifications, and design concepts. As long as the design is practical and suitable for manufacture, we’ll work closely with you to bring your ideas to life. We’ve produced cases for a wide variety of applications over the years and are always happy to take on new and unique projects.
No. As all of our cases are handmade and bespoke, there is no minimum order quantity. Whether you require a single custom case or a production run of thousands, we can accommodate projects of all sizes. Please note that smaller orders generally have a higher cost per unit, as the design and production setup time is spread across fewer items.
